I wanted to take a minute and give some well-deserved recognition to Mike Molstead Motors here in Charles City after the experience I had with them today.
My 2011 Dodge Avenger needed a new catalytic converter. While looking into getting it fixed, I discovered there was actually a recall covering that specific issue. I called Molstead’s, they checked into it, and they got me scheduled.

If harder work makes a diffrence it's worth it. I just thought $488.00 was alot for an hours work. I guess we were always pd. by hrs. worked. But I am 87 yrs. old and live in a MONEY is Americas God NOW. Live and learn. I could afford a 5 cents Ice cream cone. HA!!!

I like the fact that the facility is modern and always neat and clean. It tells me they are going to treat my vehicle the same. The personal present themselves in the same manner. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Never had to return my vehicle because it was not repaired correctly the first time.

I had a great experience with Molstead. Being at a dealership all day is not my idea of buying a car. Finding the right truck in 30 minutes and being out within 2 hours is! Everyone was great. Worked with Jacob on a truck this weekend and it was worth it. We looked everywhere and could not find one. This was in the best shape I had found one in. He was easy to work with and we were in and out in 2 hours after driving the vehicle. I still had time to go hit golf balls that day!

My wife found a '99 Ford custom van on Mike's used lot on a Google search. I jumped on it due to condition, low miles and fair price. The sales team who handled this process was personable, accommodating and efficient - I had never attempted a long-distance purchase before. I was given a video tour of the vehicle. They also arranged shipping from IA to DE for a reasonable price - very pleased with the dealership and transporter's service!

I spent $45,000.00 on a vehicle and 2 months later it needs rear struts that I told them needed to be replaced before I purchased and they didn't now there is $3,000.00 in work that needs to be done this should not be accepted. They replaced 1 front I argued to replace them all they replace the other front and left the rear said they were fine. They are not going to go from fine to leaking in that short time.
